What is the replacement policy?

How do I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled if it is not yet Processed. We would take 10-15 days to refund the money. The mode of refund would be the same as per the payment. you can cancel your order from your end by going to ‘My Account’ and cart page.
Why no cash on delivery(COD)?
Mostly we have sell Custom printed personalized products which are custom made and printed once we receive the order. So most of the people order for Customized phone cases, Personalized T-shirts and printed mugs for COD (Cash on Delivery) and at the time of delivery they refuse to receive order.
Why does the catalogue only has images of iPhone Mobile Cover Design?
The images shown in the catalog are just mockups for the design. Once, we receive the order the printing is done on the case of the model selected by the customer.
