What is the replacement policy?

We provide a replacement if the product is damaged on arrival.Please mail hello@ankk.in with images of the damaged product for further process. Please read our Shipping & return Policy here. Shipping & Returns

How do I cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled if it is not yet Processed. We would take 10-15 days to refund the money. The mode of refund would be the same as per the payment. you can cancel your order from your end by going to ‘My Account’ and cart page.

Is Cash On Delivery (COD) is Available? 

COD (Cash On Delivery) is now discontinued at our website due to getting a lot of fake orders and much misusing of COD order for Customized Mobile covers, Customized Photo Mugs, Personalized Sipper Bottle and Personalized Cushion all are these personalized products which are custom made and print on demand order. once we receive the order and confirm it than starts processing your order.

Customized Products are not eligible to use to sell to another customer so we have got many misuse COD orders and most people they order and when order reach to destination they refuse to accept order at the time of delivery than Product under goes on RTO (Return to office) Which shipping companies charges high charges from us. That’s why we have decided to stop COD method or website. 

Why does the Catalog only has images of iPhone Mobile Cover Design?

The images shown in the catalog are just mock-ups for the design. Once, we receive the order the printing is done on the case of the model selected by the customer.

How do i place my order?

If you decided to purchase any product from ANKK, than, All you have need click on “Add to cart” button or “Buy Now” button at the product page. you will redirected to the Checkout page where you will enter your shipping & billing details along with payment options.

Just select payment method and your order will placed at our website.


How do i check current status of my order?

To check the current status of your order just visit, My Account >> Order >> Track Your Order 

Generally normal orders dispatch within 1-2 days from our store and it takes 4-7 working days to reached to your delivery/shipping address.

I am unable to add products in cart.

If you are visited at any of Personalized or  Customized product page then, after uploading Images/designs and select sizes and phone models, then you can add products in your cart.

Note: However, if you are getting error in to add product in cart than please contact us via email us at info@ankk.in or Contact page.

I want to change my shipping and phone number details?

 If you want to update or change your Shipping and Phone number details than you can change it via going to, My Account >> Addresses and just choose which information you want to change. 

Note: You can Change only before order confirming and dispatching after dispatch you can not update your details.

How Much time takes to get my order delivery?

Mostly order dispatch 24-48 hrs from our end and Express Shipping takes 3-5 Business working Days which comes under Tier 1 Cities of India. 

Delivery time depends upon your shipping address where you live. Standard Delivery times take upto 5-7 Business working days.
